Policies

If you cancel less than 4 weeks before the hotel reservation, 350 dkk will be charged and the rest of the payment refunded.
If you cancel 2 weeks before before the hotel reservation a third of the payment will be forfeited.
If you cancel within a week, the total amount of the hotel reservation is forfeited.
If a cancellation has been done in the required time for a full refund, one can transfer the payment for a new reservation, but this will only be valid for a total of 2 months.
