Cancellation Policy

• If you cancel 4 weeks before the scheduled visit, the cancellation fee is 350 DKK.
• If you cancel 2 weeks before the scheduled visit, the cancellation fee is one
  third of the total bill.
• If you cancel one week before or on the day of the scheduled hotel visit, the entire bill must be paid.

Upon booking, a deposit of 1/3 of the total is required. Deposits are non-refundable.
Additional charges (food, medicin & vet visits)

• For 150 dkk pr. week, we offer high-quality dry and wet food for your cat (Royal Canin, Verbac & Applaws). You are also welcome to bring your own food for no additional charge.
• Basic vaccinations especially Chlamydia is required

NOTE: The deposit is non-refundable and the above rules still apply, and you pay the balance according to the cancellation policy.

While we take every precaution to ensure the safety and well being of all cats in our care, Always Like Home Kattepension cannot be held liable for illness, injury, or death that may occur despite our best efforts.

All cats must be up to date on basic vaccinations (Chlamydia recommended), as well as flea and tick treatment prior to boarding.

Owners are responsible for providing accurate information about their cat’s health, behavior, and medication along with any special requirements. We reserve the right to seek emergency veterinary care if deemed necessary after the owner or designated person is contacted. Any associated costs will be the owner’s responsibility.
