Cancellation policy & Deposits
- If you cancel less than 4 weeks before the hotel reservation, 350 dkk will be charged and the rest of the payment refunded.
- If you cancel 2 weeks before before the hotel reservation a third of the payment will be forfeited.
- If you cancel within a week, the total amount of the hotel reservation is forfeited.
- If a cancellation has been done in the required time for a full refund, one can transfer the payment for a new reservation, but this will only be valid for a total of 2 months.
- Upon booking, a deposit of 1/3 of the total is required. Deposits are non-refundable.
Additional charges (food, medicin & vet visits)
- For 150 dkk pr. week, we offer high-quality dry and wet food for your cat (Royal Canin, Verbac & Applaws). You are also welcome to bring your own food for no additional charge.
Basic vaccinations especially Chlamydia is required
NOTE! The chlamydia vaccine is currently unavailable in Denmark. It will be required again, as soon as it becomes available.
